Welcome to Wildesign. By placing an order or using our website,
you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them
carefully before purchasing.

1. OUR SERVICE
   ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

Wildesign provides custom hand-drawn watercolor portrait services.
Each portrait is created by a real artist using professional pens
and traditional watercolors. We do not use AI, digital filters,
or automated tracing of any kind.

2. ORDERING PROCESS
   ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

By placing an order, you agree to:

• Provide clear, high-quality reference photos
• Supply accurate information (names, dates, preferences)
• Respond to our messages in a timely manner
• Review and approve or request changes to your digital proof
  before we proceed with printing or shipping

We are not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect
information provided by the customer.

3. DIGITAL PROOF & APPROVAL
   ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

Before printing or shipping any physical product, we will send
you a digital proof for review. You may request revisions until
you are fully satisfied.

Once you approve the proof, we will proceed with fulfillment.
After approval, we are unable to make further changes or accept
cancellations based on artistic style or personal preference.

4. TURNAROUND TIME
   ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

• Digital proof delivery: 2–4 business days after receiving
  your photos
• Physical products: Additional 5–10 business days after
  proof approval, depending on your location and selected format

Turnaround times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons
(holidays, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, etc.). We will notify
you if there are any significant delays.

5. PAYMENTS
   ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

Full payment is required at the time of ordering. We accept
all major credit cards and other payment methods as shown
at checkout. All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.

6. CANCELLATIONS
   ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

• You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase
  for a full refund, provided we have not yet begun work
  on your portrait.
• Once work has begun, cancellations are not accepted.
• After proof approval, orders cannot be cancelled under
  any circumstances.

7. REFUNDS & REPLACEMENTS
   ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

Please refer to our full Refund and Returns Policy for
detailed information. In summary:

✅ We will replace orders that arrive damaged or defective
✅ We will replace or refund orders lost in transit
(U.S. orders not received within 20 business days)
❌ We do not offer refunds for approved orders where the
product matches the approved proof
❌ We do not offer refunds due to change of mind

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
   ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

All artwork created by Wildesign remains the intellectual
property of Wildesign unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Your purchase grants you a personal, non-commercial license
to use and display the artwork.

You may not reproduce, resell, or use the artwork for
commercial purposes without our explicit written permission.

We reserve the right to display finished artwork on our
website and social media as portfolio examples. If you
prefer your portrait not to be shared, please inform us
at the time of ordering.

9. PHOTO RESPONSIBILITY
   ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

By submitting photos to us, you confirm that:

• You own or have the right to use the photos provided
• You grant us permission to use the photos solely for
  the purpose of creating your portrait
• You will not submit photos that violate any third-party
  rights or applicable laws

Wildesign is not responsible for any legal issues arising
from photos submitted by the customer.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
    ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

Wildesign shall not be liable for:

• Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs
• Damage caused during transit beyond our control
• Losses resulting from incorrect information provided
  by the customer
• Any indirect or consequential damages arising from
  the use of our products or services

Our maximum liability in any case shall not exceed the
total amount paid for the order in question.

11. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
    ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service
at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with
an updated date. Continued use of our website or services
after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the
updated terms.

12. GOVERNING LAW
    ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Any
disputes arising from these terms or your use of our
services shall be resolved in accordance with applicable
Vietnamese law.
