Refund and Returns Policy
At Wildesign, every portrait is handcrafted with care and reviewed
with you before we print or ship. Please read our policy carefully
before placing your order.

OUR APPROVAL PROCESS
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
Before we print or ship any order, we send you a digital proof
of your portrait for approval. You have the opportunity to request
revisions until you are completely satisfied. Once you approve the
proof, we proceed with printing and fulfillment.
Because of this approval step, we are unable to accept returns or
issue refunds based on artistic style or personal preference after
the proof has been approved.

WE WILL REPLACE YOUR ORDER IF:
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
✅ The item arrives damaged or defective due to shipping
✅ The print quality does not match the approved proof
✅ Your order has not arrived within 20 business days
(U.S. orders only) and tracking shows no movement
or the package appears lost
In any of these cases, please contact us within 7 days of
the delivery date (or expected delivery date) with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the damaged item (if applicable)
- A screenshot of the tracking status (if applicable)
We will arrange a replacement or, in eligible cases, a full refund.

WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS IF:
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
❌ You approved the digital proof and the product matches it
❌ You changed your mind or no longer want the item
❌ The issue is due to incorrect information provided by the customer
(wrong photo, wrong name, wrong date, etc.)
Please double-check all details before approving your proof,
as we are unable to reprint at our cost for customer errors.

SHIPPING TIMEFRAMES (U.S.)
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
We consider an order lost if it has not arrived within
20 business days and tracking shows no movement or update.
If this happens, contact us and we will replace or refund
your order at no additional cost.
Note: International orders are subject to customs delays
which are outside our control. Lost package policy for
international orders is handled on a case-by-case basis.
