As Wildtify specializes in digital products:

• Instant Access: Digital products are delivered or made available immediately after payment is confirmed.
• No Refunds: As stated in our Refund Policy, all sales of digital products are final. Once a file has been accessed or downloaded, no refunds, cancellations, or exchanges will be issued.
• Color Accuracy: We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.

SECTION 4 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & TERMS OF USE

All designs, templates, and content sold on Wildtify are the intellectual property of Wildtify.

• Personal Use Only: Your purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only.
• Prohibited Uses: You may not resell, redistribute, sub-license, or share these files with third parties. You may not claim these designs as your own or use them to create competing products.

SECTION 5 – ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates.
